Snow and Bike Helmets:
All snow helmets purchased from Mad Hatter Wares are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. This guarantee ensures that your helmet will provide reliable protection and comfort under normal use conditions.
Goggles:

Lenses: Our goggle lenses are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Frames: Goggle frames are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What This Guarantee Covers:
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and any workmanship issues. It also covers damage caused by accidents (examples: dented helmets, scratched lens). It does not cover normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications (examples: sun damaged goggles from being left hanging from your rear view mirror, or helmets painted or heated to remove decals).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the original item in its unused and original condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item back to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [90 days] of delivery with a description and photo(s) of the issue. After verification, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a replacement item or a full refund, depending on your preference.
