Mad Hatter Ware – 90-Day No Hassle Return Policy

We want you to love every item you order from Mad Hatter Ware. If you're not completely satisfied, don’t worry- we’ve got your back.

 

Our Promise:
You have 90 days from the date of purchase and or delivery to return any item- no questions asked, no hassle involved.

What You Need to Know:

  • Full Refunds: Returned items in original condition are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • No Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking fees. Period.

  • Used or Opened Items: Gently used or opened items can still be returned within 90 days, but may qualify for a partial refund or store credit depending on condition.

  • Easy Returns: Start your return by contacting us at info@madhatterware.com or in the chat box on this website. We will provide you a return address. 

  • Exchanges: Want something else instead? We’re happy to process an exchange or issue store credit. Start your return by contacting us via the chat box on this website or emailing us at info@madhatterware.com. We will provide you a return address and begin the process of your exchange.

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Mad Hatter will cover shipping on the new/replacment product. Once we receive the original item in its unused and original condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item back to you. 

 

Damaged or Defective Item:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photo(s) of the issue. After verification, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a replacement item or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Additional Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Unauthorized returns or items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

A Few Exceptions:

  • Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items returned after 90 days may not be accepted for exchange.

  • Products damaged due to misuse are not covered under this policy.
